The Riparian Project team unveils Jen Rae’s environmental art sculpture in the Yea Wetlands. This curious toy-like sculpture is the first component of the larger ‘Do-It-Yourself Riparian Model Kit’ – a public artwork that aims to foster discussions on stock grazing along waterways. Unveiling of Jen Rae’s environmental sculpture by Anthony Carbines MP, State Member for Ivanhoe Parliamentary Secretary for the Environment.

CONGREGATION OF LOST SOCKS (OPENING NIGHT)
6pm – 8.30pm
Come help make SOCK BUNTING activity for all ages. Sew CLEAN ODD SOCKS onto a very long rope you can secrete (on paper ) a wish or a curse or both lock with a knot. Bring your odd socks for the kids to join in the CONGREGATION OF LOST SOCKS to secrete a wish or a curse in, to create a lost sock bunting to decorate the Carnivale.
